Founded in 1997 by Jim and Denise Hayes and children, James Dennis, Jamie Denise and Jennifer Lucille also known as Lucy, All God's Children was incorporated in the State of Florida for the purpose of ministering to people whose lives have been affected by AIDS, particularly children.  It is a 501 (c) 3 charitable organization and an Advisory Board was formed with 14 members presently serving.
